Sales Terms & Conditions
By booking an event, purchasing a membership, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Event places may be limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Membership benefits and event schedules may occasionally change.
3. Event Information
We aim to provide accurate information about all visits and events, including timings and locations. Occasionally, changes may be necessary due to: Weather Venue issues Illness Circumstances outside our control If significant changes occur, members will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
By You
Cancellations made more than [14] days before an event may receive a refund or transfer, at our discretion. Cancellations made within [14] days of the event are normally non-refundable unless the place can be resold.
By Us
If we cancel an event, you will be offered: A full refund, or Transfer to another event where possible
5. Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during visits or events for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, please let us know on the day.
6. Health & Safety
Visitors attend events at their own risk. Many visits take place in private gardens or countryside locations where: Ground may be uneven. Paths may be slippery Weather conditions may vary. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing.
7. Accessibility
We aim to make events as inclusive as possible, but some gardens or historic venues may have limited accessibility. Please contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility requirements and we will do our best to assist.
8. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse attendance or membership where behaviour is abusive, unsafe or disruptive to hosts, guests or organisers.
